If Tech Bodhi cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund of the course fees. This is the case before Course Commencement.
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any fees paid for materials, supplies, or course-related resources are non-refundable once they have been distributed or accessed by the student.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Tech Bodhi administration office. Please include your name, course details, and the reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the date of the approved request. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment.
Students will be notified via email once their refund request has been processed. If additional information is required, Tech Bodhi will contact the student using the provided contact details.
In cases of medical emergencies, students may be eligible for a partial refund or course credit. Documentation of the medical emergency must be provided, and each case will be reviewed on an individual basis. This will be the case only if the student is not able to join the course in future batches
